Accessibility Statement

This statement describes our accessibility efforts; it does not claim that the website has undergone a formal accessibility audit or achieved a specific certification.

1. Our commitment

Gilann Towers aims to provide a website that is usable by people with a wide range of abilities, devices, and assistive technologies. We are working to make content understandable, navigation straightforward, and communication options clear.

2. Accessibility features

The website includes a floating accessibility options button that may allow visitors to adjust text size, increase contrast, select a readable font, highlight links, and reduce motion. Some visitors may prefer to use built-in browser zoom, operating-system accessibility settings, or assistive technology.

3. Ongoing improvements

We aim to follow recognized web accessibility practices, including relevant guidance from the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we have not yet confirmed that every page and feature meets a particular WCAG conformance level.

4. Third-party services

Links to external services, such as Airbnb, lead to websites that Gilann Towers does not operate. Their accessibility features and support arrangements are determined by those providers.

5. Physical property accessibility

Website accessibility does not necessarily mean that every commercial, residential, or short-stay property has step-free access or other physical accessibility features. Please contact us before visiting or booking if you need information about entrances, stairs, elevators, bathrooms, parking, or other property-specific access requirements. We will share the information available to us so you can make an informed decision.

6. Feedback and assistance

If you encounter a barrier, have trouble using a page, need information in another accessible format, or want to ask about physical access to a property, email admin@gilanntowers.com. Please include the page or feature involved and a description of the difficulty, if you are comfortable doing so.
